We were established on a simple proposition: important health and development challenges are rarely solved by technical knowledge alone. They need sound evidence, strong implementation, capable institutions, practical partnerships and disciplined delivery — brought together.

Dr. Remi Abiola Oladigbolu

Executive Director — Strategy, Research & Business Development

Remi sets ROP-HS's strategic direction and leads our work with government and donor partners. A public-health physician, he previously led ICAP Global Health's Nigeria programme, and brings that country-level leadership — across epidemiology, health systems strengthening and implementation science — directly into how we design and deliver engagements.

Dr. Ogochukwu Michael Ginigeme

Director — Technical, Programs, Strategic Partnerships & Learning

Ogochukwu leads technical design, programme delivery and learning at ROP-HS. Over more than a decade running health programmes across Nigeria and South Sudan — spanning HIV/TB, maternal and child health, and health systems strengthening — he's developed the field-tested judgment for turning strategy into results on the ground, and the partnership skills that keep multi-agency work moving.

Dr. Pamela Nenpanmwa Gado, PMP

Director — Grants, Knowledge Management & Corporate Services / Company Secretary

Pamela oversees grants, knowledge management and corporate governance at ROP-HS. Close to fifteen years managing USAID Nigeria's programme and grant portfolios taught her how donor-funded work actually gets won, delivered and accounted for — expertise she now applies to keeping our proposals, compliance and partnerships disciplined.

These credentials reflect the directors' prior professional roles and the expertise available to ROP-HS. They are not presented as completed corporate assignments of R.O.P Health Solutions Ltd.
